Terms and conditions

Posted in About.

Reykjavik Angling Club will be referred to as RAC from this point onwards. When a client reserves a holiday through RAC the contract is between RAC and the client. The client is the person who will go on the holiday, or on whose behalf the reservation was made.

1. Your contract with IAT

Your contract with RAC is legally binding from the moment you book and confirm your trip, via the RAC website, e-mail or telephone together with the payment of deposit or full payment.

If a booking is made by telephone the contract is legally binding once the details of the reservation have been taken by RAC and deposit payment, or full payment, has been received by the company.

2. Booking

Once you have booked your trip with RAC we will issue an invoice that will be sent to you or to the leader passenger for groups. The invoice will detail full price, due date of full payment, amount of deposit and due date of full payment.

3. Payment

Payments can be made by bank transfer to an account owned by RAC. We can accept transfers in our local currency (ISK), dollars ($), Euros (€) and GBP (₤).

Bank transfer information will be on your invoice with the account details for different currencies.

Our Bank information:

Landsbanki

Once invoice has been issued the due dates are payment dates. IAT reserves the right to add interest to invoice if payment is not met on payment date. These may include the cost of exchange rates in terms of the local currency.
